Compost 2008

Built a three bay compost system using hay bales. It’ not quite an engineering masterpiece, it’s all a bit wonky but I’m sure it’ll make good compost. It’ll probably just be the lazy gardeners cover and leave for a year system but if I’m feeling very energetic one day I’ll turn it.

inputs; kitchen scraps, camelid manure, hay, garden weeds, fallen fruit and prunings.
